After the untimely demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, we saw netizens criticising stars like Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt and others for making the late star left out in the industry. Though many of Salman Khan fans extended their support for the star on social media and among them was comedian and his Bharat costar Sunil Grover. Soon, we saw netizens slamming Sunil for his support but the talented star came up with an epic reply as he tweeted, “Kahin ab mujhe paid trollers ko kaam pe lagane main maza na aane lag jaye. God please save me from this new amusement.”
Salman Khan and Sunil Grover collaborated for Bharat, which released in Eid 2019. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film collected over Rs 200 crore and also featured Sonali Kulkarni, Katrina Kaif, Kumud Mishra and others.
Sunil Garner, who garnered fame with her stint in The Kapil Sharma Show parted way with Kapil after their huge fight on a flight. While fans have expressed their wish to see them together, the Firangi actor recently told that he is keen to work with Sunil Grover. Talking to BT, Kapil Sharma said, “Sunil paaji se mulakaat hoti rehti hai. We recently met at Gurdas Maan’s son’s wedding in Punjab, and then, at another wedding in Delhi. Chhoti chhoti woh cheezein jo hotey hai usse rishtey toh khatam nahin hotey hai. Sunil is such a fine actor. When I work with different artistes I always feel that there is so much to learn. Maine Sunil paaji se bahut cheezein seekhe hai, aur future mein, if a good project comes by, unke saath kaam karne mein bada mazaa aayega.”
